UNDERWATER HOTEL: An underwater hotel for divers and those interested in seeing the world under the sea from the comfort of a hotel. It is proposed the first one would be located in the clear, fine diving waters of the Red Sea off Saudi Arabia. Shallow waters so that there is sufficient light by day underwater to not require artificial lighting. Some artificial lighting could be employed after dark ,perhaps ar intervals so as not to unduly disturb marine life. This would have to be assessed. It is proposed that part of the profit of the hotel would go into preserving marine environments.
Ideas:
This is a notebook of the ideas that I have had and that will be taken on to concept stage. Then if these find an interested party, entrepreneur or financier, will progress to realisation

TIME PORTAL FOR HISTORIC BUILDINGS: a proposal for an App for the site of a historic ruin, through which would be sold to visitors. They would then run the App on their phone and point the camera at the ruin, and the AI in the App would calculate the perspective and generate an animated augmented reality which would run through the screen of the phone and alter as the viewing angle is pivotted by the viewer

DESERT FARM, PESTICIDE FREE CROPS LOCALLY GROWN: A large farm within a building using biophillic technology, in the desert, to provide fresh vegetables to a city like Dubai that would otherwise import many of its vegetables, saving on transport costs and the embedded enrgy associated with this. Politically and economically it would allow the UAE for example to reduce its dependance on other countries for food. The farm would be connected to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Farm for its energy. It would draw water from wind turbines located off the shore of the UAE, that draw moisture out of the sea air. with the back up of local desalination plants.
